The new 8,000 SF Welcome Center consists of a large waiting area, family lounge, ten admission processing rooms, exam rooms, administrative offices, nurse workstations, and employee lounge space.

The new two-story, 25,500 SF, Sycamore Lodge is comprised of a 12,750 SF first-floor build-out of 24-patient beds, eight private rooms and eight semi-private, two group spaces, four consultation offices, and an occupational therapy space. The lodge accommodates for future expansion in the form of the lower-level, an additional 12,750 SF, to exam rooms, doctor offices, multi-purpose space, and employee lounge.

The Welcome Center and Sycamore Lodge opened in Q2 2019.
