New construction of 72,000 SF steel framed Behavioral Health Hospital with associated parking and driving areas. The two-story facility included 84 beds divided into four units with 18 to 24 beds and a nurse station for each area. The program includes four suites; ECT, Adolescent Outpatient, Adult Outpatient, Inpatient Admissions. The facility also includes two elevators, communicating stairs with administrative offices, nurse stations, group therapy and activity rooms, kitchen and dining facilities, a gym with exterior courtyards surrounded by a precast fencing.
